1. Introduction

This Gender Equality Plan (GEP) aligns with the requirements of Horizon Europe and reflects EdiDev’s commitment to equal opportunities, diversity, and responsible innovation.

- Annual budget allocation for awareness and training activities.
4. Data Collection and Monitoring
Every two years EdiDev will review:
- Gender distribution of employees.
- Gender distribution of management positions.
- Recruitment statistics.
- Promotion statistics.
- Participation in training.
- Reported discrimination or harassment incidents.
Results are reviewed by management and used to improve policies and procedures.
5. Work-Life Balance and Organizational Culture
Measures include:
- Flexible working arrangements.
- Remote and hybrid work opportunities.
- Family-friendly scheduling.
- Respect for parental and caregiving responsibilities.
- Equal access to company benefits.
Target:
Maintain employee satisfaction regarding work-life balance above 80%.
